Cartoon Crossroads Columbus

Hello Fellow Flushers!

MeSseD Comics was able to attend CXC this year! Though, we only ran a booth on the 28th, we still went each day and had an incredibly enriching experience filled with entertainment, education, and moments of true enlightenment. And, of course, we were able to meet some new flushers. Welcome!

We met Bryan Lee O'Malley, Art Spiegelman, Chip Zdarsky, Ahn Jae-Huun, Françoise Mouly, Kate Beaton, Pidge, that Jeff Smith guy, and so many more creators...

We also hung with our favorite Cincinnati Comic Creators like Tim Fuller, Kat Klockow, Lauren Sparks, Brandon Wagner, Kevin Necessary and Heidi Black.

For those unfamiliar, Cartoon Crossroads Columbus (CXC) "is an annual European-style festival that spans four entire days - and stretches throughout the city of Columbus, Ohio. Each year, CXC continues to do what it originally set out to do: make genuine connections between people who share a love, a passion, and a personal reason to believe in the future of cartoon art,". - CXC
